Important: we only index links

We do not host, store or transmit any video files. Our index contains links that point to content hosted on third-party websites. Removing a link from our index does not remove the underlying file, which remains on the host that serves it. To have a file removed you must contact the hosting site directly.

How to file a notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on RadarGayMen.com where the allegedly infringing link appears.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

What happens next

We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the identified links from our index. Incomplete notices may be returned for clarification. We may notify the affected source and, where appropriate, provide a copy of the notice to the host.

Counter-notice

If you believe a link was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
