RadarGayMen.com is an index and search engine, not a producer of the content it links to.
RadarGayMen.com is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any of the content found on this website. With respect to the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, RadarGayMen.com is an index and search engine that links to content hosted by third-party websites.
All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any depiction of sexually explicit conduct on any linked site were over the age of 18 at the time the depiction was created. The required age-verification records for that content are maintained by the respective third-party producers and hosting sites, not by RadarGayMen.com.
Each linked host site is responsible for maintaining its own 2257 records and for publishing a custodian-of-records statement. If you require the records for a specific video, please contact the host site that serves it. The host is identified on every result page and in the link itself.
To the extent RadarGayMen.com could be considered a secondary producer, it relies on the exemption for mere distribution and indexing of content produced by third parties, and it does not create, upload or alter any of the depictions it links to.
